TEAMWORK AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT WORK INVOLVEMENT WITH SELF DEVELOPMENT AS MEDIATING VARIABLE AT ABC COMPANY

<p>This research was conducted with the aim to determine effect of Teamwork and Career Development on Self-Development Employee Work Involvement PT ABC employees. This is a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling used non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, where respondents were 135 permanent employees who worked in Jakarta Tangerang areas had for more than 1 year. The data collection technique instrument form questionnaire Likert scale 1–5. analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3 software. Based results conducted, it can be concluded that teamwork has positive significant employee self-development (H1), career development impact (H2), negative job involvement (H3), (H4), (H5), able mediate (H6), (H7).</p><p><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim dan pengembangan karier terhadap diri keterlibatan kerja karyawan Perusahaan ABC. ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability yaitu di mana responden yang digunakan tetap berlokasi wilayah masa lebih dari satu tahun. Teknik pengumpulan instrumen berupa kuesioner skala analisis software 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh positif sama negatif mampu memediasi (H7).</p>
